All exhibitors, even those sitting at the booth, must be registered and paid for the event to access any part of the meeting space during the event. All booths will be located in the Bunker Hill Foyer. Upon arrival, before setting up, please check in with us in the foyer on the Conference Level (follow the Sales Power signs).

Note that SECURITY is not provided in the exhibit booth area. Exhibit booths will be located in a publicly accessible foyer space; thus, we recommend securing all valuables at all times.
We suggest having someone at your booth during the following times based on attendee arrival, departure and planned breaks to take advantage of highest traffic flow (lunch break time subject to slight change each day based on how the session is flowing):
Sunday, 10/12 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (CHECK-IN & BOOTH SETUP AVAILABLE DURING THIS TIME)
Monday, 10/13 7:15 am – 8:00 am, 11:45 am – 1:00 pm, 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm

Booth Breakdown is Wednesday, 10/15 after 5:30 pm (please plan your travel accordingly so as not to break down your booth any earlier).
All packages being shipped to the property must follow the address label standards (illustrated below) to prevent package routing delays.
